Direction of Use:

Powder Morning & Evening • Morning 6.00 – 7.00 am.
• Evening 5.00 – 7.00 pm
• 300 ml warm water (1.5 tumbler) to & pour to a mug. Take One plastic spoon full of powder with warm water and leave it for 5 minutes & drink it. Do not eat anything for 60-90 minutes
• After Breakfast : Take 2 capsules in morning after Breakfast.
• After Dinner : Take 1 Tablet in the night after Dinner.
• After Dinner (Alternate Days) : Take 250 ml of fresh water and boil to 90°C. Pour the boiled water in to a mug, immerse the Slim Tea bag and let it brew for 3-4 minutes. Takeaway the slim tea bag. Slim tea is now ready to sip.
