Direction of Use:

1. Apply the oil regularly for 2-3 times a day.
2. Regular massage in the painful areas with oil gives good relief.
3. 30min after massage, Dip a towel in hot water, squeeze it dry and press against the affected area to open up the pores which will then facilitate absorption.
4. Steam Can also be done for better relief.
